Q. How do I cancel my reservation?

A: Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible.

When booking a stay at Twin Lakes France, it is important to understand the terms and conditions regarding refunds. If you need to cancel your stay and request a refund, you must send an email to bookings@twinlakesfrance.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time. This will ensure that you are eligible for a refund. However, if you contact Twin Lakes France within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival time, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is important to keep this policy in mind when making your travel plans and to contact Twin Lakes France as soon as possible if you need to cancel your stay.

If you cancel 48 hours before your stay we will deduct the commision from the booking company from your overall total. for example if you pay 25€ for your booking you will be refunded 25€ - 0.63€ booking commision = 24.37€ (pitch up customers will also have 15% taken off for their commision.)

Customers must pay the entire cost of their stay at the time of the reservation.
