Terms and Conditions - APARTMENT RENTAL

Bookings & Occupancy

• The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking.

• Where the person making the booking is different from the lead guest occupying the accommodation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival, or damages, as outlined below.

• Only the lead guest and the named booking party are permitted to use the accommodation and campsite facilities.

• Third-party visitors are not permitted on site without our express permission.

Deposits & Payment

• To secure a booking, a 50% deposit of the total booking value is required.

• Deposit payments must be made via the secure payment link provided on the invoice.

• The deposit must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within this time, the accommodation or pitch may be released and the dates offered to another guest.

• Once the deposit has been received, the booking will be confirmed by email.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• The remaining balance must be paid on arrival at Twin Lakes France.

Guest Conduct

• All guests must respect the peace, privacy, and comfort of other guests, neighbours, and the owners at all times.

• We reserve the right to terminate a booking with immediate effect, without refund, if guests cause a disturbance, nuisance, or fail to comply with these terms.

Cancellations, Non-Arrival & Refunds

• Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible.

• Any deposits paid are non-refundable.

• In the event of a non-arrival, the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund will be issued.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, please note that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control. Our liability will be limited to the refund of any payments already made.
